Yes. Consultations can be provided remotely via video call.

Do you offer home visits?

Yes. Home visits are available across Rushcliffe and Nottingham.

How long does a consultation take?

Most consultations last between 30 and 60 minutes depending on the service selected.

What information should I prepare?

Information about your pet’s current diet, feeding routine, age and any concerns will help make your consultation as productive as possible.

Will I receive a feeding plan?

Comprehensive consultations include personalised feeding recommendations and feeding plans where appropriate.

Do you provide written reports?

Yes. PDF reports are available with comprehensive consultations.

Veterinary Questions

Can nutritional advice replace veterinary care?

No. Nutritional advice is intended to complement veterinary care and should never replace diagnosis or treatment from a veterinary professional.

Will you diagnose medical conditions?

No. Any medical concerns should always be discussed with a veterinary surgeon.

Can you work alongside my vet?

Yes. Nutritional guidance can often complement veterinary recommendations.

Booking & Payment Questions

How do I book?

Simply complete the booking form or contact Rushcliffe Pet Nutrition directly.

When do I pay?

Payment details will be provided when your consultation is confirmed.

Can I cancel or reschedule?

Yes. Please provide as much notice as possible.

Do you offer multi-pet consultations?

Yes. Households with up to three pets can book a multi-pet consultation for £100.

Do you offer follow-up support?

Yes. Follow-up consultations are available to review progress and adjust recommendations where necessary.
